Dom Bush is a documentary filmmaker and photographer based in the Lake District running a production company called Land and Sky. Many of Dom's projects are inspired by the mountains and grounded in the culture and landscape of the wilder parts of Britain. Underpinning his film and photography work is a fascination with the way humans interact with their environment, how it shapes their identity and influences their values and beliefs.
Dom's documentary films have been screened on Channel 4 and at festivals world-wide, where he has picked up a number of awards. He is currently making a short documentary for The Guardian called 'Nowt but a Fleeting Thing' featuring two Cumbrian farmers. It is a story about identity, growing old and what it means to be connected to the land.
