Professor Adam Zeman is a Neuroscientist from Exeter University whose research focuses on visual imagination. Adam and Clare will discuss how our creative brains work, whilst considering some of the artworks from the 'Wilderness for the mind' show. Asking: how are mental images produced, what happens to the brain in states of flow, how can weather affect human emotions and what creates consciousness?

WaveScape is an auditory response to Greenwood's visual stimulus, ‘Moibus Wave’ etching in room 2 of the Wilderness for the mind exhibition.
